Who can change it
The person who shipped last week, the person who gets paged, or the person who can open the invoice. If those are three people, say so. We will need them if you approve the work.
What is slipping
A release only one person can make, a page that wakes the wrong team, or a bill that does not match the platforms still running. Say which one is the reason you wrote.
What you can expect
Robert Foster replies. The note does not go to a queue. If the work is in scope, the reply names the next step: a scoped review, the Recon Assessment, or a fractional period. If it is not, the reply says so.
In scope: fractional DevOps, SRE consulting, platform operations, on-call and incident process, and cloud cost, including an AWS and Azure cost review. Security operations consulting is the parent firm.
The free consult has no fee. The Recon Assessment, starting at $15,000 plus expenses, is the one published starting price. Anything else is written down before it is scheduled. We run the engagement end to end and work around your normal operations, but we'll need access to the right areas and the right people while we do.
What stays private
What you send is used to reply about the work. It is not sold, and it is not added to a list. Coalesce Ops does not publish client names, logos, or testimonials. A detail that would identify your environment does not go on this site.
When an engagement ends, the owners, the runbooks, and the spend picture stay with you. The point of the work is that your team can run the next week without the consultant in the rotation.
