A person answers
Robert Foster reads the text and answers the phone. The note does not go to a queue.
REKKY first. Mission complete.
It's done.
Coalesce Ops is the fractional DevOps and SRE practice of REKKY Consulting LLC. The work is reliability, platform operations, cloud spend, and the on-call process you already run.
Robert Foster answers the text and the phone. A free consult ends with a defined next step, or a clear reason the work is not a fit. We run the engagement end to end and work around your normal operations, but we'll need access to the right areas and the right people while we do.
Recon Assessment, starting at $15,000 plus expenses. Four days on site, then a written report.

Robert Foster reads the text and answers the phone. The note does not go to a queue.
02
The work is written down before it starts. You can decline it. Approved work still needs the right areas and the right people.
03
Runbooks, owners, and the spend picture are yours when the engagement ends. No client list is published here.
A platform team of one, or of none, shows up as a release that only one person can ship, a page that wakes the wrong person, and a cloud bill that finance and the on-call describe differently. Coalesce Ops works on that week. It does not sell a general tour of the company.
Fractional DevOps consulting is the build, the environments, and the backlog of platform work product teams are covering by hand. SRE consulting is the reliability of what is already in production and the on-call process around it. Cloud cost work reads the bill beside those same platforms.
Security operations consulting sits with the parent firm, REKKY Consulting LLC. If the note is really about that work, we say so and point you there. This site stays on the platform, the night the service fails, and the spend that pays for both.
Each page is one engagement. The phrases are the work, not a slogan.
01
Build, release, environments, and a platform backlog with an owner.
02
What has to stay up, what pages a person, and what the next week can sustain.
03
The path a change takes to production, and the environments that drifted.
04
Rotation, page, note, and review. Not a 2 a.m. retainer.
05
Spend with no owner, read next to the platforms you still run.
06
Accounts, subscriptions, and the projects that are still billing.
We run the engagement end to end and work around your normal operations, but we'll need access to the right areas and the right people while we do.
That means the repositories, the build, the cloud accounts, the paging tool, and the people who can change them. We do not need a new committee. We do need the person who shipped last week and the person who pays the bill to be reachable while the work is open.
The free consult itself is a text or a call. Once you approve a visit or a fractional engagement, access is part of the scope, not an afterthought. If the right person is out, the schedule moves. The work does not pretend to proceed without them.
Text what is failing the week: a release only one person can ship, a page that has no owner, or a cloud bill nobody will sign. Robert Foster replies with a scoped next step or a clear no.
The Recon Assessment, starting at $15,000 plus expenses, is four days on site with your team and a written report within about two weeks. A longer fractional engagement is scoped in writing and has no rate on this page. The parent firm is REKKY Consulting LLC.
